We fully research the property & contents to provide potential bidders with all necessary information including a full description, photographs, tax card, plot map, zoning info, etc. Property Information Packages are sent to prospective buyers upon request within 24 hours and are available online with the estate contents inventory, weeks before the auction takes place. If the generation of potential income projections (pro-forma) is in order for the real estate, AAMG will go that extra mile to entice buyers.

At the pre-auction preview(s), AAMG’s staff will meet with your prospective bidders, providing the answers to all questions that the
bidder may have and pointing out the fine and unique features of the subject property and showcasing more desirable estate contents.
The effects of the professional marketing plan in which advertisements highlights both the Real Estate and Estate contents, will bring all potential buyers to the sale. The tandem marketing effort often creates a situation where the two buying demographic merge and additional buyers are lured to both events. The property is auctioned in a manner espousing professionalism and integrity with all the excitement an auction brings. It is customary to begin with the Estate contents auctions, take a recess during the auction to address any questions, conduct the Real Estate Auction, then continue the Estate Contents Auction until everything sells. At the close of the bidding process the purchaser of the real estate will submit the predetermined non-refundable down payment and sign the purchase agreement and any other necessary legal documents. The purchasers of estate contents will pay in full the day of the event and either leave with their purchase or schedule a pick-up on pre-determined days and times following the auction.
