I apologize for doing it so late, but I wanted to thank you for meeting with me at the theater to discuss the possibility of your handling our liquidation.

The good news about the delay in expressing my gratitude is that I have been extremely busy with the details of actually taking the place over. It actually happened! On July 20. the current producer , Joe Sasso, and I signed a "takeover" agreement. It was a long, arduous process, but I think the results will be well worth that initial effort.

I couldn't wait to tell you that we also plan to use your suggestions for the liquidation
and grand re-opening. I talked over several possibilities with mall management and the ideas were met with enthusiasm and anticipation from there, we were also inspired to investigate future mall and area wide fundraisers.

“Recently, Internal Revenue Service again had the occasion to use your company to sell a vehicle seized by the government. In this particular instance, it was a 1989 Corvette Convertible that quite frankly, needed some work.
